Is it pacesetters? if so it will have to come down. ive had to do it several times.

Oh I know. No drain plugs in the tranny or the rear dif. FML

ha i forgot the changed the rear diffs too... mine still has the drain

plus a drain on the cover

Oh and they didnt have the rear gasket in stock so I had too cut one of a sheet they sold me. Hope it holds. Oh and mine only took 5 qts in the tranny (6L80) and 3 qts in the rear. Calls for 5+ / 3+ everywhere i read. Glad I stopped at 5 and checked.

ive always just used a really small bead of copper RTV..

Oh I bought RTV silicone gasket maker. That was plan B.
