if it's not the filter what do you think it would be. Keep in mind i havn't changed my filter yet so it might be it. i hope it is...

Thats the only thing i can think of.. if it works one minute then not... restart and it works again..

i dont see an electrical issue doin that.

is it a 6-speed or a 60e...there are a couple bulletins referring to a loss of comms and or other issues your still under powertrain warranty are you not??

Nothing electrical in a 60e can make it stop moving. i can assure you the filter is stopping up. a new filter is not the fix. what is broken to stop up the filter with its parts is the fix.

Nothing electrical can make it stop moving ....hmm i guess all my years as a transmission tech and all the electrical issues ive seen were a dream

An ignition switch can cause issues on a 4l60 causing it not to move

true.. no power to a 60E means 2nd gear only, right?

Blk08chevy.....try driving it in 1st or second if it will stay in gear with out slipping or loss of drive shift up to 3rd or drive if it fails then it is the forward clutch sprag......but as i asked earlier you should be still under powertrain warranty unless youve made noticeable power adders....4l60 they have kinda let go on all the restrictions if its a 6speed they will have to check for aftermarket accessories which may or may not void your repairs
