With a 4 high launch the stock tundra can do a low 5 (to 60) and a low 14 (1/4 mile) stock. The tundras come out of the hole very well due to gearing and that the fact that the electronic nannies mostly turn off in 4wd...after the launch they are not that impressive though,
Most tundra guys don't have the cajones to do a 4 high launch so the vsc will likely cut power due to minor wheelspin...tough to even break into the 14s in 2wd though due to the supersensitive nannies (vsc). My good buddy used to be a toyota service manager so I was covered no matter what if something happened...too bad he is at a dodge dealer now.
If the tundra had a tunable engine (other than the unichip junk) i would probably not have the new chevy, but the 6.2 obviously has great potential due to aftermarket for lsx engines.
