Deck heights the same so yeah.

4" bore no unless you wany to resleeve which is pretty expensive.

dont tuck it too far an forget to build a LS400 thatd be sick if you could.

whats the stroke of an LS1 383 crank? if its bigger than the 6.0 crank you can just buy pistons an rods designed for your 4" bore..right?

i wouldnt waste my cash sleeving a 4.8/5.3 block imho its a waste of money. wanna build a big engine? find an LS3 block an build a 427 stroker...not big enough dump the cash on an LSx block an build a 502...just remember...building it right the FIRST time SAVES money

I'd like to have the $$$$ available to buy the new LSX tall block, made specifically for big strokers. There's nothing worse than a 4" or longer stroke in a 6L cast iron block, half the piston pulls out of the sleeve at the bottom of the stroke.

i cant afford a 5k block an 3k crank plus 1k pistons an so on lol
