Default wont turn over, need some input on what to do

i went to replace my flex fuel pump with the walbro 400 and put back the stock fscm and i keep getting these codes. the pump turned on and ran for about 5 mins with about 62 psi initially and dropped to about 44 or so. turned it off to start buttoning everything back up and did another retsest and these codes popped up. i swapped back the flex fuel pump and flex fscm and still get these codes. i tried to bypass the fscm and all that did was blow fuses so i gave the pump 12 volts directy from the battery and i was able to only get about 20 psi. before that it would turn over but now it wont even crank and ive put everything back to the way it was before i touched anything and still no crank. the weird thing is now i cant get my obd2 reader to even talk to my truck now to see what codes i have.

what did i burn up or what can i do to get this thing running? luckily im on vacation this week but i need to get it running asap. any help would be greatly appreciated.

for anyone else who might have issues.. i found a blown fuse i missed, a bad starter relay, and loose connection going into the fpcm, and the stock flex fuel pump was on its way out
