solid axle swap on a 1500

hello.

has anyone out there done a solid axle swap on a 07+ silverado 1500?

or a 2wd to 4wd conversion on one?

A couple guys have done 2wd to 4wd using stock components. But a solid axle swap is much more difficult on the gmt900 half tons due to the steering rack instead of a box.
