Very nice! It looks like you're nothing more than a little tuning away from the 12s.

Did the Vortec tune do anything to the trans, shift speed, shift points, TM, etc?

I don't believe so because the top speed limiter was still at the factory setting when I got it back. I had Walls Rod and Custom lift the speed limiters and made it so I could do a burn out, other than that we left the tune alone to see what it would run. They did mention that the trans tune wasn't touched as far as changing shift points or firmness etc. and that's one of the reasons I imagine why the kit is 50 state legal. Im looking at a Coan triple disc converter and putting 3.73's in and at that time I'll have the entire tune revamped.

Just curious; why Coan and not Circle D for the multi-disc converter?

Got a converter. Its a 2800-3000 stall billet triple disc lockup. Hopefully I can get it in and get it tuned so I can make a pass before the end of the year!

Converter is not something you should skimp on. If it goes, so does the entire tranny. A converter isn't just a converter either. The tightness is going to have a major impact on the boost you can build off the line.
