It may be a bad valve seal, but I wouldn't completely rule out the rings. If one of the rings didn't get seated properly it can be hit or miss when it will leak and how bad. How many miles are on it?

An unseated ring can do all kinds of funny things, but if the engine has 7k on it and this just started I would lean to thinking it is something leaking with the heads, like the valve seals.

it doesn't say what kind of seals they use on their site just that they are part of the PRC spring kit.

thats what it sounds like to me.
