seat heaters..please advise

Wanted to get y'alls feed back I have cloth seats with leather seat covers want to install seat heaters between the two. I've seen them on ebay for under 100$ what are your recommendations?

ive never used the ebay brand. but we use katzskinz brand alot at work. they will work but install them under the cloth! and on cloth seats they get very warm depending on brand!
