Default Holley ls valve covers on truck pcv valve

Just picked up some Holley ls valve covers and I saw that on my drivers side on the stock valve covers the pcv valve had a hole in it for the pcv to sit in, my new Holley valve covers just base the little tube, can I just run a in line pcv?? Here's a pick of what I'm talking about the top is the Holley valve covers and the bottom is stock

Most new trucks don't even have a pcv valve it's just a oriface. My 04 doesn't have a valve.

Which coil packs are you going to use? I have the same valve covers and just realized that they won't work with the truck coils.
