Default Question about installing 4.88 gears

Just wondering if i need a different carry to accommodate the 4.88 gears in the front diff?. I was told i didnt need a new one for the 9.5" rear. stock gears are 3.42. thanks in advance

You shouldnt need a new carrier thats when you have 3.08 gears

Nope, don't need a new carrier. I just did the swap 2 months ago.

4.88's. I had 3.73's.
