quest on 07 nbs 2500hd
ok here goes i just got a nbs 2007 2500hd excab short bed with the 6.o/6l80 i got magnaflow exhaust and thunder racing did a tune on my engine only. my best run so far was a 14.64. i allready got a set of jba short tube coated headers,afe cai,nos wet plate kit,and i odered efi live but havent installed them yet.i have two questions 1. what else bolt on wise should i put on it ( under drive pulleys,thermostat,throttle body) and where can o get them. 2 how hard is it to tune your own truck when mune was done there was no transmision tune avalible but i want to tune it myelf so i can adjus the timing for the nos

not much else yet, the headers for the old body style fit with some tweaking
the other stuff is probably a waste of $$$$.
hp tuners will tune the tranny as well but if you already have efi live, wait for the update

thnx but i allready have the headers what im trying to do is get a ex cab 2wd3/4 ton to run in the low 13s maybe high twelves an was wonering what else i can do to my truck

Damn, that is moving along for a 2500HD. I knew the one I test drove a while back felt pretty damn quick for what it was.
If you want to run in the low 13's or high 12's I'd go straight to some form of Forced Induction.
I'm pretty sure we have a couple sponsors that could get you hooked up with a turbo kit or a Radix. Both should be able to accomplish your goals. Your truck would also probably be nicer to drive with a relatively mild FI setup over a full bolt on heads/cam/stall setup.
