Arrow Paint To Match Parts

I am planning to replace all the chrome parts on my 2011 Sierra with painted black versions. Kind of like how the All Terrain versions came out. I have sourced the GM parts, already got the door handles, mirror caps, and grille. I just need the front bumper (part# 15901510), and the hood trim (part# 10385157 i think). Talking to some part suppliers and these two parts are gonna cost over $500. not even painted.

So has anyone had any luck with reproduction parts off ebay or elsewhere? the same repro parts will only cost $220. I normally stick with GM parts because I dont trust aftermarket but im realling hoping someone has used non-GM parts with success.

As long as they are CAPA certified they should fit with little to no work on them. Why dont you paint the chrome stuff? Just have to be prepped extremely well like my rear bumper.

CAPA certified? I'll have to look into that. My paint guy wont warranty painting the chrome pieces. he's done it before but said there is a higher risk of chipping for some reason and takes longer to prep compared to the paint to match parts.

Yea look up Keystone aftermarket parts. Most of their parts are CAPA (Certified Automotive Parts Association). They basically test and monitor new aftermarket products and usually provide the best fit.
