That's exact cover I'm looking at for mine. Post up some pictures and your opinion on it once you get it. I'm also interested to hear just how well if keeps everything dry.

Ive had the F1 for well over a year now and I love it. I dont have the drains hooked up as I had it LineX'd and they sprayed over the plastic plugs where the drain tubes are intended to go. But it doesnt really leak much without them so I have yet to drill the plugs and mount the drain hoses so I cant say for certain if its perfectly water tight. Even still ive had luggage and other stuff under the cover in some hard rain with no issues. It seems to only really leak if im parked on a grade with the front of the box lower than the back. Maybe the drains will fix this I dunno and really dont care its good the way it is.

Install was easy it took about an hr tops. Only thing thats a bit of a pain is making sure you close the tail gate THEN the cover. If done the other way around the seal gets squished in between the tail gate and can tear. Also on mine the edges of the folding sections were not filed smooth and were making little marks and gouges on the rubbers where it folds. It was a five minute job with a small file to radius them smooth and end the problem but I was pretty disappointed that such an easy task was overlooked on a thousand dollar cover.

The flush look is MINT on the 900's as they have high boxes anyways and I think the fiberglass covers look too high on there. Plus the flexibility of these folding covers is much better than the "big trunk" effect a fiberglass one piece cover gives you.

I looked at all the covers available I spent a fair bit of time picking this one out. All in all 8/10 and im picky so.....

My buddy has the G2 on his F150. It did leak a little bit of water in the front corners, not really enough to worry about but if you're looking for 100% water proof I'm not sure this would fit the bill. Its a nice cover though, i wish i had the money for one.

The F1 is suppose to be a lot better than the G2. Much heavier duty panels than the G2, I think the actual rubber seals between the panels is the same though. The F1 seems to get the best reviews of all the folding covers. You can find them on ebay for mid 800s shipped. I was planning on getting another toolbox for my midget bed but there really is no room left after that. I plan on going with a du-ha underseat rear storage then just put a water tight container under the cover for a few bigger items. I like the idea of being able to look up my gun/bow cases or anything else expensive. Its always a PITA to have to throw all the crap in the bed into the cab when we stop somewhere to eat or do whatever.

The rubbers are more flush on the F1 than the G2 unless they changed them on the G2 in the past few years? My broinlaw has the G2 he bought 3 yrs ago iirc and his rubber foldy sections are radiused round whereas the F1 they are perfectly flat. As for the strength thing? The F1 top is fiberglass so it can take a bit more of a beating that the thin aluminum that the G2 is made out of. So long as your not abusing it the G2 is fine but even a shovel or the like set down slightly hard on the G2 will dent the hell out of it.

They advertise that you can put stuff on top of the F1 but it doesnt seem strong enough to me to hold anything useful like an ATV etc. Im sure you could lay plywood or drywall on top as it distributes the load evenly but anything sharp or heavy wont be going on top of mine Im not thinking that wise....
