opinion on heads

i was running 243 heads untill the f* up . . . should i go l92/317's or look another pair of 243's???? im on a budget build . . .
this local guy sells me 317's milled .030 with a valve job . .. . ferrea valves . . for $275 . .what do u think .. .
...open for suggestions . .

i belive the l92 supposed to fit on 4.00 bores and up only
and the 317 are the same as 243 with lower compression and better if u going to forced induction (as i heard)
243 are better for n/a
