I dunno man, the quality and long lasting materials used in the more expensive kits are probably worth it. You dont want to be changing the headers out a few years down the road from a crack or a rust blow out. Just my .02

might check the collector size on the obx headers. I think they are only 2.5" better off with a 3" collector arnt you?

The collectors are just fine. And the quality of the OBX headers is right on par with the Dynatech headers which are $1200.

I didnt know if you would get full potential from the 2.5" collector. Seems like everybody wants 3" these days. But still cannot beat the price at which these stainless headers are going for.

KySilverado is in the 11s with 2.5" collectors.

woah...those are NEW OBXs! Looks like they've redesigned without the hump on the drivers side!

After seeing these I would definitely recommend those. I wonder if they fit the NBS trucks?

IMO 2.5" is better on these small blocks for pulling the gasses out. I could see 3" for FI. but the Y on the NNBS is 3" stock i believe correct if im wrong. Just email them for the collecter size.

I thought it was a 2.5" y pipe running into a 3" intermediate. I'll go measure later when its not 110 degrees on the driveway
