O2 sensor experience
#1
hi there guys just wanna tell u about what happened to my truck recently... well i started getting this code P0172 and P0175 as well as P0151 but i kept ignoring them until!!! i went to the track and lost 1 full second of my quarter mile.. and around 10-12 mph , also i lost 0.2 off my 60ft as well as 1.5 seconds from my 0-60 time.. to be honest i didnt notice a performance decrease at all until i went to the track.. i use to get 0-60 in 4.4 seconds when i wanted to check it out that day i was getting it in like 5.5-5.7 damn thats slow!! *using gtech* i just changed my front O2 sensors i changed both just incase and wow i can really feel the power changing and the throttle response , gas millage improved as well
anyone had this problem in the past.. the weird thing is the drivability didnt change..

i had a lazy o2, i actually just color coded the rear o2 into the front o2 harness and BAM worked wonderful. it may even keep it going longer. also it was my "drivers side o2" when i put my LTs in the stock one broke. it was cross threaded into the stock Y pipe. my truck had 5000 miles roughly and its the first time i ever did anything other than change the oil
