I was estimating 5k for a full build with the converter and flywheel, but I could be very very wrong. Hoping I am not.

I just placed an order with Chris at Circle D for a converter and flywheel. I'll stop by their transmission shop next week when I go by to pick up the converter and will send you a PM about what I learn from that visit.

There is a noticable ease in the truck pulling through the gears and leaving the line now where before it was a little sluggish. Doesn't feel like I have the 22's on the truck anymore except for stopping.

My shift points are off now though and I'll have to see about getting them back in line. I made the gear adjustment in HPTuners myself and allowed it to do the automatic scaling as I don't know much of anything about HPtuners. However my shifts had the truck cutting off at each shift this morning during WOT so I am guessing the gear change in the tune didn't scale things as needed. Should be an easy fix once I talk to some people or do some reading today.
4.10s actually aren't a very steep gearing form trucks because of how tall the tires are. It is kind of like running a 3.42 in an F-body.

i just hate how 1st gear goes all the way to 60. I'm used to 25-30mph shifting into 2nd.
