My friend who went 6/9 had to cut his bed support over the axle pumpkin because it was hitting but that was it but he is lower and has a notch.
wheel size wouldnt have any effect on if it hit the bed or not. your dealing with a direct relationship from axle tube to top of differential. if that is greater then the distance from bottom of frame to bottom of bed then you have a problem. im not sure how the guys with short beds are but ive got a long bed truck and the frame over the axle is different then the short bed guys. its much taller because at 7" of drop i only had 1" of travel in the rear before hitting the frame.
