What about oil? I usually run Mobil1 clean 5000 and mobil filters. How long do the O2 sensors last in these guys?

I change oil every 5500 or when the light comes on. Sometimes it doesn't even come on until like 6500.
I had 1 O2 go out on my at around 118k.

IIRC There should be a maintenance schedule in the Manual of the Truck. I think it's toward the back. It will say when to do what.

Don't listen to anyone that says wait till 100K to change your fluids. The whole idea of maintenance is to maintain. Do you wait to brush your teeth until you have a cavity?? No. Don't wait till the transmission fluid is burnt and the brake fluid is black. Do yourself a favor and change all the fluids. Be sure to use Genuine GM Dexron VI transmission fluid. I also have had really good results with Lucas power steering fluid. Platinum plugs generally do not last 100K. If you are over 60K I would change them.
For motor oil I use Eneos 5W-30. It out performs all synthetics other than Redline. http://www.eneos.us/product/4
