Seeing these specs on these cams makes me wonder why the popular aftermarket cams have lobe centers in the 110-114 degree range. I'm of the opinion that wider lobe centers like the LS9/7 cams promote better efficiency, emissions etc.
Are guys really that petty to change cams just for a lumpy idle? Thats like wearing tight girl jeans and high tops because they are "fashionable", even though they squash your boys...
Are there other benefits of a tighter LC?
