badass man just one question where does the card(maf) go?

 

The MAF is in the stock factory air box. That is just the tube from the stock air box to the throttle body.

 

 

So I had heard a lot about the "stock air box mod". Here is what I did to mine when I installed my MIT tube.

That looks nice. I thought about doing that with my box, but I had problems with dirt clogging my filter form that fender hole. My truck was wrecked on that side about 3 months after I got it, so I'm not sure if the body shop did something over there putting it back together or what. Other guys say they don't have that problem. I went ahead and changed out my box. I don't have the dirt issue any more.

So what I gather, the upgraded tube and filter is the best bang for the buck?

 

Clean job on the box mod, what tool did you use to cut the hole in the metal?
