Trucks like mine dyno around here on the Mustang dyno at 230-250rwhp.
My LT's, Full exhaust, and tune put me at 280hp 293tq on the same dyno. And the new trucks need tuned even worse than before so I wouldn't doubt he sees more than 20. Tune is the KEY to taking advantage of the headers.

Sorry fellas not yet...been working hard for the $$, and dont seem to find time.
(viciousknid) yes these are 99-06 headers.

I also wanted to ask if the 99-06 PaceSetter ORY fit the nnbs...?? if not then i would have to lean towards a custom y right?

Since im planning on going catless 3"s from collectors to an open cutout, will that affect the low end? I had this crazy idea of putting some reducers from the collectors 3"s to 2-1/2 back to 3" y pipe. Kind of like mimiking the high velocity merge collectors...what do you guys think, will this help of hurt my low end? Im planning on going full bolt on's and mabey a cam in the near future. Thanks in advance

I installed the headers on my '08 Yukon... header install was very smooth, but the Y-pipe had to be trimmed to to where it connects to the stock exhaust system, alot cheaper then getting a custom fabbed Y-pipe made...... sound is nice and gains are really felt....

So far without a proper tuned I gained almost 15hp and 15tq....... once I get it tuned proper, I should pick up another 5hp/tq since I was really leaning near the end of the rev limiter.....

drove the truck with only the headers installed on the way to the exhaust shop, floored it and my god!!! crazy ****! I'm thinking bout installing some cut outs now

If your not already tuned from b4 the install I'd guess another 10-15hp after the tune.
