well mine is still at the shop since yesterday morning. they said they couldnt hear the noise. for some reason now that i need an oil change it has stopped making the dry lifter noise. so i showed them a vid. they said they would wait till morning to try it again.. why in the hell does this always happen!!! " my truck is doing this" take it in and its gone!! wtf!!! all i need is for a lifter to colapse on me while driven. when i first got it it did this noise every morning.!!! now not so much... so pissed!

UPDATE: Well, the company Capitol uses to do their phone surveys called me yesterday and i went off. So, the service advisor calls me this am and asks "Whats going on with your truck man?". I give him the whole story, so at the least, he gets me to come drop it back off on my lunch break, and they went ahead and washed, detailed, and vaccumed out the inside and wiped all the grease off the sill and door panel. I know it sounds like Im bitching again, but i could have did a better job of washing it with a paper towel and a bucket of dirty water. I guess the statement is true. Nobody does a job as good as you can do yourself. Oh well, it will have a cam in it soon anyways and I wont have to worry about it happening again.
