I logged in on my phone and watched every vid in you Photobucket with earphones and volume at max, but can't hear anything I don't hear on my near stock 2wd 2010 everyday. Maybe it just doesn't record well or I suck at life(which is highly likely).

Awesome!! I hope that does it for ya.

Looks like you gotta push that exhaust pipe together a little further! Gettin a fair amount of exhaust blowing by there.

Just got back from taking it for a spin... wish I had good news

I'm POSITIVE it's coming from driver side in front of the firewall somewhere, brake torqued it for like 15 seconds.

Ya I'm gonna have a buddy weld the Y up when I have him weld in my Magnaflow muffler I got sitting in the basement.

How close is the header primary to your steering shaft?

The steering shaft has a good inch and a half. This however, I can't even squeeze the tip of my finger between. Driver side o2 sensor, and there's definitely a mark there... way to close for comfort even if it isn't the culprit. It's basically right at my feet too.

This has to be it. Looking around it everything else there is miles of clearance. The only other thing even close is one of the primaries to the heat shield on the engine mount and I took close up pictures with my camera and there's not a single rub mark... plus I can fit my finger in between it loosely.

I hope so man, fingers crossed!

I guess my buddy will be welding up the y pipe, putting my magnaflow muffler on, and moving this bung around lol.
