Jamescb77 semi exciting NNBS turbo build

So I had to tear the fuel bucket back out the one that i recieved from the person i bought everything from would not work in my truck. Not sure why but the prongs are different that power the pump and the gauge so i was getting no gauge. Maybe flex fuel vs normal bucket IDK. Anyways i had to redrill in the original plastic bucket and i need a longer bulkhead to make it work. Also got with atomic and HPtuners PRO is on the way and then we are going to get a base tune on this thing.
Ill be out of town a few days this week but i think i should be able to get the innovate boost gauge/WB/ and control all installed so we will be ready to rock when HPtuners shows up. Then in the next few weeks im going to take it down to him to get a complete tune dialed in on it.

First I wanna say thank you for all the help on this project to everyone.
Update today is I rolled it out of the garage got the fuel system all butoned up and put the bed back on. Nice to see it look like a truck today.
I also started putting the wide band in and wiring up the boost gauge.
I have question though. Can the truck be tuned to run on no O2 sensors or just a single one. The person I bought the kit from welded the downpipe together and I had to cut it apart to get it on the truck. Due to this the passenger side o2/bung is no longer part of the piping
I got a tune from atomic and we are on revision 1 I started it up and it runs rough as hell I'm guessing from the missing o2?.
Thanks everyone.

It would need both or none but you are better off keeping both sensors. Running closed loop fuel control is great anytime you can do it and for sure on these newer computers.
Just buy a bung from like napa and have it welded into the exhaust.

Ok I'll get that bung back in there. Atomic didn't like the idea of no o2 sensors either.
Buying this kit used reminds me why I never do that. Been a huge pain and at the end if the day I don't think I saved any money probably spent more.

Currently working on getting this tune lined out with atomic but I'm traveling a lit for work along with family things when I am home. Gives me about 1 day a week to mess with it in the evening.
Also having some weird issues with my fuel pressure not reading out through hp tuners and the o2 sensors not seeming to be putting out any signal. Any ideas?

I hate when people let threads die so I am going to keep updating this one.
As far as the o2 go I got the second bung on and got the o2 plugged on. Still nothing worked like it was suppose to. After further investigation. I stupidly plugged into the back o2 sensor harnesses. After swapping that out. Bam everything worked well.
This last weekend I was able to take the truck for a short drive and got some data for atomic. Truck ran pretty great considering it was the first drive. Going for another longer drive today after work with updated tune.
I'm trying to learn the tuning process by watching what changes he makes but damn these gen 4 computers are confusing. Next time I will go gen 3 as it will be a swap into another vehicle.
