Default Installed Trans Cooler ... thoughts?

So I installed the Trucool 40k unit today and installed as shown in the pics. I had read about many people who say orientation doesn't matter and the air will purge out just like in the stock external cooler that's also oriented with fittings downwards .. what's everyone's thoughts on this? I left plenty of tubing so I could flip it in case the general concensus was to do so ... thanks!

Off topic but What did you do about the inner grill support brackets where the inside clips of the grill snap in did you have to cut them out to be out of the way for your intercooler? I'm waiting on my kit and was looking and planning and trying figure it all out in my head

Yeah I had to cut them off. Only have the two out ones near lights and the bolts up top

I highly suggest getting rid of those hose clamps on rubber hose onto smooth metal line. That's asking for a line to come off, ive seen it many times.

And no doubt someone will say " No it wont Ive don't it that way just fine" People tend to say that till they are sitting on side of the road with a cooked trans.
