Ignigtion lock replacement

I need to change my steering column and am asking if I can take my key lock/tumbler out and install it in my new column without much problem? And is there a manual to show me proper procedure for replacing it?

Yes, all you need is a pick to remove the old and install yours. There's a hole in the ingtion cylinder housing to remove it by.
