How To Install Door Handles On NNBS ???

Default How To Install Door Handles On NNBS ???

i have a question , i just bought a set of color matched door handles for my rcsb and im trying to install them , i found three bolts in the interior panel but after that im LOST , i know theres a write up SOMEWHERE i've been looking for over an hour so can someone please tell me how in bloody hell do i install these damn door handles, Thanks in advanvce

I just went out to my truck. looked the panel over, took out the screws on the bottom of the panel. and wherever the other on was. Lifted the panel off. Looked in the holes for the 3 bolts to the door handle. took those out, popped the clip off for the door locks and put the new ones in. Didn't see any difficulty in it.

Nevermind just realized it said NNBs and not Nbs..

make sure your locks work properly before closing your doors.

If you read that thread a couple people closed their doors and now they wont open from inside or out. Im not sure how they managed doing that...but it has happened.

when I did my truck the only confusing part was getting the door handle cable detached, once I figured that out the 2nd door took about 5 min.

My old post might help a bit as well. Take your time and don't rush...as mentioned the worst part is getting the door handle disconnected...just get the panel unclipped and then you can reach up behind and unclip the door handle ball. Easy once you do it.
