How big is ur cam and r ur heads shaved?

Just like the title says. How big of a cam r u running on ur 5.3. Asking this to all the newer trucks with flat top pistons. And are ur heads milled if so how much. Mostly interested in ur lift.. thanks!

220/224 113+4 with stock heads, i run a circle d 2800 and 3:42s. i drive it everyday, i love the cam it makes good low end power and seems to pull to 6400 just fine. i dont abuse it, i just drive it.

Iamkeniff. What's the lift? Ur on flat top pistons and the 243 heads?

.585.588 i think.

its an 08 5.3 with 243 heads. its in my 94 chevy.
