Default Holley Hi-Ram

Anyone have any luck using this on a stock 5.3 displacement NNBS truck? Is it possible just to bolt it on. I cant get any good answers from Holley people. Thanks.

you wont be able to just "bolt it on and go" it'll need a tune. also it's way too much intake for a stock 5.3

as for the intake fitting a 5.3 in general then yes as long as it is for your heads and not a L92/LS3 head

I had a h/c ls2 in my rcsb and it slowed me down and around 40 less rwhp. You would have to rev it up alot for it to make alil power

mid ram would be better, but both would be overkill on a bolt on only 5.3. money better spent elsewhere

Has anyone actually proven it to be better with boost than a stock manifold?
