Default Heard anything about 2010 models?

Any info on 2010 models? I heard they are going to have the 6l80e in all GM trucks in 2010. Are they going to give the 5.3 anymore power on top or offer a 6.0 in a RCSB 4x4 verson? Or whats the gears with the 6l80E that they will have? Im waiting for a RCSB 5.3-6.0 with the 6l80E with 3.42-3.73 gears. Gm will probley never make it though.

No 6.0 in the RCSB. 5.3 is the same.
no 6l80e for the rcsb
with the 6l80e you can get 3.08, 3.42, 3.73

I am in the market for a new GMC, is the 6l80 the only 6speed the offer or do they have some shitty 4l60? That is the setup I would like (the 6l80e), I noticed 6 speed as an option and was pretty stoked.

With 353k in the ODO it will be nice to get a new truck.

The 6 speeds seem to be pretty good, customer of ours had three 6L90s crap out within two months of getting all three of them on 3 different 6.0L 3/4 tons. Turns out they were shipped just to the bottom of the full line but after it was figured out slightly overfilling them has solved the problem in their off road application. Note this same customer has yet to have a 4L80E fail under 100K miles.

I'd think the 5.3 w/ the new 6 speed would be all most would need, I've made do with my crew cab sb z71 w/ 5.3 and 3.42s with the old 4L60E for 105K miles. I'd love to have the 6.2 or even the 6.0 w/ the 6 speed.

My 99 GMC ECSB 2wd broke the 4l60e at just over 200k miles, I had towed quite a bit with it though, way more than a half ton should calfs and horses etc. I've kinda been away from the performance trucks scene for awhile but a know a few years ago 4l80's where all the rage, are the 6l80's and 90's still bulletproof?

Which one comes on the CC 4wd 5.3 the 6l80e?
