That's OK, we understand if you'd rather run a 1/4 mile dyno. Just let us know those numbers!

I just finished my 1 7/8 header install...the 1400$ for the ARH without cats is well worth it...they installed without a hitch on my 4wd with 6.2...also comes with pre welded bungs that line up perfect with the factory locations...they come with 3" connecting pipes as well with a 3"-3.5" ORY...I ran stainless 3.5" with the 24" Borla!! Sound amazing!! Very quiet considering I have NO restrictions...I do get a good bit of drone around 2200rpms, but I was expecting that with no cats...I also swapped to ARP studs just for S&G...they are beautiful!! Took my brother and I less that 1 hour to install everything...

wow that labor time/cost is cheap as HELL. 125$ an hour up here for a mechanic. and like 8 hrs to do something like that for most garages. and thats worse considering the canadian dollar is worth more than american 50% of the time. if only i was closer to the border...

im going to call ARH I dont think they told them 4hrs install. Any one know the labor time for manifolds on a 4x4 NNBS? they told me 1hr 1st time no they say 3hrs and want 5hrs for my headers. I can understand they want more then time for manifolds because they have never done headers befor.

Here's the Mitchell labor times. Regardless of what this says, you do not need to remove the inner fenders, and it does not take this long to do. It's an easy job, and if you can do basic mechanics, you can install ARH headers. They go on VERY EASILY, just ask around or read the others' posts.

ok thanks. ya I can do it my self. just sucks that i will have to do it on the ground. I had back surgery in march so it mite not be to fun. Nice thing is the truck is new and the y pipe has been out once for the wide band o2 bung. I have very good air tools too. At least ill know the header bolt will be torqued and not just zipped on with a air rachet and the pipes wont be bent from the band clamps being zipped on from a impact. no wires touching. and so on
ill have to do 11ftlbs then 20ftlbs tho. My snap on tq wrenches are only 40-200inlbs (16.6ftlbs) and 20-100ftlbs
