Yep! Just about everything from 2004+ is returnless.

Thank you, I have this idea to run a separate fuel cell for e85 ( only cause there is nowhere near me that carries it for me to run it on a daily basis) , any idea where the sensor is ? I peaked around and couldn't see it

Doesn't exist.

They never came with real alcohol sensors, they used virtual flex fuel that uses fuel trims to determine a change in alcohol content. It's a rather poor way of doing it and very slow to respond.

You'll have to buy a GM (continental) sensor, pigtail, wire it into the PCM and plumb it into the fuel line. Then it can be enabled in the tune. Just remember that it does require about 20-30% more fuel flow, so the injectors need to be large enough. The stock flex fuel pumps should handle around 500hp on gas.

Ah that makes sense since I literally couldn't find anything on the sensor, and fuel system is next im already maxed out with what I have, my plan was to do 127lb injectors, 520 pump in the tank, then separate cell for e85 with external pump and tie them in at the sensor and run both pumps off toggle switches

Yeah it's easy but it also costs a lot of money. I made mine work for $70 just for an example.

FFDP YA $300 is a bit excessive when the sensor is $64 and pigtail is like $15, witch ecu did you wire it to? Mine is the e38

I did it on a E38 and an E92 but the E92's on the trucks already have a the harness for them on the frame.

I forget which connector on the E38 it was, either C1 or C3 and maybe PIN 42, you'll find it you do a search for it on the forums.
