I got a ben franklin on fuel pump taking a dump on it. The 069E is simply the fpcm module sending a code to the pcm to command a check engine light. Fuel rail pressure sensor perf code 191 usually sets when the pressure drops as the pump is failing.
Scan the FPCM and see what codes it has set internally.

I havent been able to really dig too deep with work eating up so much time but I did put a guage on the rail and as soon as the key is turned over it'll make about 20psi and fall off to nothing. It was enough to crank the truck but now it wont even do that. I did get it home on a trailer last night. I'm taking a half day off Friday to get this thing fixed since I'll be out of town for a week as of Sunday evening.

Dropped a pump in it last night and cleared the codes. Cycled the key and she fired right up. No problems. I didn't go road test it since I had several adult beverages but it idled fine for about 20min and didn't stall in gear or brake stalling it so I'd say we're fixed!

I put in a Delphi replacement, but next to the OEM pump that came out it was identical. Pump and all the connections looked exactly the same. Only difference was the indexing tab on the top of the pump was in the wrong place. I trimmed into fit in the original slot and put the lock ring on. No biggie. Took about an hour and a half and about 10 10oz Millers
