Unhappy Cam bearing FAIL!

Opened up the oil filter to find the infamous "Black Gold". I guess I might as well stroke it to a 416 huh? Any equipment recommendations? I'm thinking Callies crank and rods but other than that not sure. Gonna need a new cam as well, any ideas?

Sure its the cam bearings yet? They almost never fail, even when been knicked.
Motor has to come out regaurdless.

Talked with an engine builder the other day who told me he had a motor where the fly weights on the crank smacked one of the lobes on the camshaft and caused some pretty ugly caranage!
Never heard that one before.

I noticed oil pressure was staying around 25-30psi. Thought since it was getting warmer I should go to a heavier weight oil, in the process of changing saw a little glitter coming out. I tore open the oil filter to find even more, some small chunks as well. Cam was installed around 30-35k miles ago.
