Cam bearing FAIL!

Opened up the oil filter to find the infamous "Black Gold"
. I guess I might as well stroke it to a 416 huh? Any equipment recommendations? I'm thinking Callies crank and rods but other than that not sure. Gonna need a new cam as well, any ideas?

Talked with an engine builder the other day who told me he had a motor where the fly weights on the crank smacked one of the lobes on the camshaft and caused some pretty ugly caranage!
Never heard that one before.

I noticed oil pressure was staying around 25-30psi. Thought since it was getting warmer I should go to a heavier weight oil, in the process of changing saw a little glitter coming out. I tore open the oil filter to find even more, some small chunks as well. Cam was installed around 30-35k miles ago.
