Ok i had done all the above mods ,what do you guys propose to be next cam or ported heads ?

Your next mods need to be matched together so make sure you know what your end goal is. I would suggest cam and stall, again match them, don't just pick ones that are good on their own.

Well ,i think cam will be the second but due to the vvt what cam should i chose ?

check out tech in the gen IV internal forum... the companies are starting to get some good VVT cams now

I got a good deal on L92 Precison Race ported Heads ,comparing to my stock l92 heads what do i exepct and can i use my stock l92 on 02 5.3 sierra?

l92 arent made for a 5.3 motor. 6.0 and bigger only..

i would get a stall and some gears next. then match your cam to your stall.
