Default C notch?

Just wondering what everyone is using to cut their frames for the notch?

Easy enough to do with the bed on? Just a little uneasy cutting into my frame.

Do yourself a favor. Grab a case of beer and 2 large pizzas, call 4 buddies over to the house, and take your bed off before you do this. It will be so much easier with it off. This coming from someone whos done more then a couple. Also, drill a small hole at any point where two cuts intersect. This will prevent the frame from "cracking" at these intersect points.
