Best Front 2" Drop, Spindle vs. Control Arm?

I've got the coil relocators in-hand and plan to use them in conjunction with either the spindles or the control arms for a net 3" Drop.

Anybody using DJM's stuff long term in a salty environment that can testify as to how they hold up?

Thanks for all the feedback guys. I hadn't even considered that I've still got the original 17" spare so my clearances with a spindle will be even tighter should I ever get a flat up front - unless I want to change wheel/tires twice in such a situation and put the 17"er on back and put one of those 18's up front. I guess it's doable...

No desire here to go bigger than an 18" wheel. I had 20's on my last truck, don't care to go there again...
