someone hit my tailgate at work, so it is going to be replaced, thought about having the top cap left off the new one and seeing if there are any flip kits out there... anyone done it yet with pics?

can get new skin for it from grant customs, but does not have same body lines on skin. Its just a simple smooth skin. I personally would like to have mine shaved also.

not really shaved imo...just a tailgate handle flip, the top is till stock.

Have you guys ever looked under the tailgate cap on the NNBS trucks?...it has slots that are like 4" long by 1" all along the top, plus a recessed edge all along the top. Its not like the 99-07 where you just fill in the bolt holes...its ALOT of work.
