I took a look at their site and those prices are better then I thought for a custom shaft. And with 4.10s plus speed limiter removed I better start budgeting

To the OP you sure did blow that thing that apart! and I bet the wife did freak. Mine freaks at higher speeds let alone a grenade going off under the truck haha

Their price is why i opted for the 5" .. i got mine with yokes for both ends and and splicer u-joints for both and was $705 shipped to my door. Some setle for 4" which is cheaper but i went 5" HD jus in case

Wonder how the cc nnbs steel drive shafts stand up compared to these aluminum. I really don't want to experience this happening! Glad it wasn't worse!

I don't think it matters, you run it over 100mph and your on borrowed time....

Keep us posted on the progress. Hope the trans tail shaft housing can be replaced without further trans problems. I was thinking a 2 piece steel shaft for replacement but I've been told the larger one piece aluminum with 1350's and balanced is working out ok.

I'm sure the steal would hold up a little better than the aluminum but I wouldn't push it. You can get a 2 piece out of a OBS and swap that in. The aluminum DS is big for nothing and is as thin as a coke can
