i didnt do 4.10's because everyone told me i wouldnt notice much if any difference. it comes down to wat mods u want/plan to do. you still plan on doin the procharger?

the truck is not my dd, im not totally concerned w/ e.ts, i just want the truck to be more fun just ripping around town playing w/ other cars and trucks. My exhaust is pretty loud when you "In it". And im not sure about the supercharger, i kinda wanna do the cam first, then maybe put a s/c on it.

I'm in the same boat as you. I have 3.42s and my truck is a straight up dog off the line and gets terrible gas mileage around town. I would love to have some more power down low! If you get 4.10s let me know how it goes!

I would go for them, it will be a little louder cruising but nothing huge, you will probably only notice it the first few times driving it.

if you do it you might as well do a detroit tru-trac posi while ur in there because the g80 is junk. i just did a cam in mine and the stall KILLED my mileage in town but it when up 3mpg on the highway so that was weird. im about to convert it to a t56 though to make it a bit more fun to drive AND get alot better mileage
