just an fyi take it how you want.
i went 13.0 @ 103.8 on 3:42s
i went 13.0 @ 104.2 on 4:10s
i gained mpg in city, lost .5-.75mpg on the highway. the truck is a lot more fun to drive. i dont have huge *** rims but i do DD it and i do roll race it.
if i had it over to do again id stay where im at simply because I like it. the 3:90 is a good gear, works the same as 4:10/4:11s, which are the same gear, different brands offer the "4:10" other brands offer "4:11s" you will never see a difference in them simply bc they are so close. anyways. 3:90s are good for someone who doesnt race all the time, doesnt roll race, but stays on the highway more than the average truck. just a thought...where do you spend most of your time driving?

thats not bad City MPG...
im seeing 12.7 city with my 3K circle D, highway is better than it was stock
21 @ 70-75 MPH
still have the 3.73 gears, i think ill see a bit less city/highway MPG as soon as i get the 4.10's in... but i dont mind

I do mostly in town driving. When I am on the highway i'm not worried about the mileage it gets. I would have bought a prius if I wanted that LOL. I do play a lot in it too. So thats just another reason to get the 4:10's. Thanks for the input.

So you didn't see any ET reduction from the gear change? That's interesting. Was that because it spun (more)?
