Not worth going from 3.42 to 3.73, specially with your wheel & tire combo. Get 4.11 and be done

 

in mu 06 silverado, its has an 5.3 i wanting mod up....heads tr220 cam fast intake 90mm tb k/n cit,44 lb injectors,lt pacesette &stright pipes..and 4l80e with shitf kit,what gear would i need,i was leaning to 3.73..cuz its my dd also...?imput plz

 

Just get 4:10s betz.

His truck is his dd too. 3:73s and 4:10 are a good average gear so it wont hurt you.

I HAVE 3:73 BUT I HAVE 275 55 20 GMC STOCKS PRETTY LIGHT...
4:11 HAS A BETTER TAKE OFF BUT I RATHER GO FOR TOP END SPEED!!!!

i have 3 42 right now i think and i wanna do a swap should i go to 373 or 410 i mostly race anywhere from digs 30 rolls or 60 rolls and i dont go past 110..or should i stay with my 3 42s...oh and i have stock gmc 20s with original size tires
