Any dealer that wants to argue I just bring them a xopy of the moss magnuson act and tell them to call mr when my vehicle is fixed. My truck has been stock, to 18" of lift on 38s, to bagged on stocks, and the dealership hasnt once told me no on anny warranty issue and they wont

Try to keep in mind the dealership doesn't give a damn because they aren't paying for your warranty repairs, GM pays for those.

If a dealership makes repairs on a vehicle with mods that caused the warranty to be void(ON THOSE PARTS), they risk not being credited by GM. Never at any time does the Moss act mean anything to the dealership directly, so be careful how you swing that big bad hammer.

That being said, you wont pay for window motors or door lock actuators out of pocket because of long tube headers and a tune.
