HaHa, well guys. Guess I spoke too soon. I waited around most of the evening last night for the truck to arrive, it got stuck in traffic from a multi car fatality accident. Then about 8:30 they finally got me in to sign all the final paperwork, and the bastages tried the ole bait and switch on me. Payments were about $60/month more than we had agreed on just the night before. They were jacking with the money somewhere, but I was soo pissed I didn't hang around long to find out where.

I made damn sure as I was going out that everyone else in that dealership heard how they were trying to screw me and I literally told the business manager that he could take the truck and shove it up his ***.

 

That's rough. I would try another dealership, surely you have some close.

 

I do, but after that whole thing, I think I'm done. Just leaves a bad taste in your mouth about all of them. I guess it would **** them off though if I had another local dealer, dealer trade for the truck they dealer traded for me. LOL.

 

Damn Curtis you've had hell getting a new truck. Just buy a used one and be don't with it

Well guys just back back from Norman Frede here near me with my 2012 Z71. Different color (black) but the same basic truck as before plus a few extra options. Got me the same exact price as the other dealer was supposed to get.

Made me an awesome deal, they almost had to pay me. lol. Whats better, I basically did the entire deal over the phone today. Just had to show up get the truck and sign on the dotted line.

Good stuff man. I remember when i was buying an 06 GTO. They were having it shipped and everything, just like you.. Last moment when i was signing papers, they tried to raise my interest and make me pay like 650 a month.. I was mad too. I know the feeling.. At least you still got what you wanted for a good deal. congrats

Showed up test drove it, signed pick up the next day with the add ons
