Hey Nitro,
Give it some time ...My previous truck was 2007 Sierra Denali w/6.2L it ran 13.87@99.91mph w/intake, tune, and catback. It took that truck at least 5,000 miles to wake up. I remember being very dissapointed with it at 1st... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hDPO9T_10Zc
The truck I have now has 2,000 miles and getting stronger everday...It was a slug at 1st too.
Get you a custom tune...U know what's funny, GM sets the stock 2-3 upshift on these trucks at 5,400rpm when this motor makes peak HP at 5,750rpm and holds good power to 6k...Go figure : (
Intake, exhaust, and tune = easy 13 sec truck (especially with your 3.73's)
Did you ever run your Tundra @ the track?

I run shortened shift times & 50% upshift Tq managment on the street, when I go to the track I remove all upshift Tq managment

step # 1 - get a tune, dramatic change, not just power but drivibilty and shifting.
there are intakes and exhaust out there
vararam and volant intakes, gibson, corsa cat back exhaust and others
arh headers too.
there is some debate on exhaust sizing, oe is 3.5 in, some after market is 3.5, some 3"
I have 3.5 magnaflow and headers on mine and it may work fine but it is too loud,
i am going to change to 3"
my truck will absolutely spank my buds tundra, another new dodge hemi, not even close.
get a tune, that alone will change your mind
