I know you don't have one.. What I'm getting at is you will be turning the front drive train while in 2wd without one, right? I just remember needing a way to "break" the front axle when in 2wd when converting from awd to not wear **** down.

 

I agree but I figure just let her buck and rebuild the front diff if need be... and keep changing the front fluid and keep a eye on her as far as all that noise. and I'm in 4x4 allot because I drive hard and hate this g80 the things is more open than locked out back
