btw if you do this swap and you have a awd transfer ase in a Yukon Dinali or awd escalade with the Borg Warner awd case you must get a front driveshaft that fits the following...

sorry I don't have the part number yet but here is what is needed

I think auto track will also need this shaft for the manual t-case swap...

This part will ONLY fit these makes and models with these options!

currently trying to find a 32 spline transfer case slip yoke to match my 9.5 sf 14bolt rear axle,
currently running a adapter joint to a stock size (3r or 1330 u-joint I don't remember)from Napa but it has a grease joint and I can't find a solid one..

I will snap one with that grease hole drilled thru it.. so I will be going to a bigger slip yoke and driveshaft...

I am trying to use junkyard parts but I think I might go with a aftermarket driveshaft because If I beat on t in 2wd I could see it being a weak point using nitrous out of the hole

I know all 2wd Yukon Dinali xl, and escalade esv 2wd use a 6l80 32spline slip yoke, and the 14bolt sf 9.5 rear diff with the 1350 u-joint, not sure if they are one or 2 peice driveshaft or if they are steel so that's one option so far,

does anyone know if there is a difference between 6l80e 2wd slip yoke (32 spline) vs the 32spline they use in the late model gm transfer cases? I need a 1350 32spline transfer ase slip yoke

just talked to a guy named john at patc super nice guys over there..

if you get a slip yoke from a 2007up chevy truck, with a 6l80e, or the 4l60e, and the rpo is anx for the rear diff you can adapt your 3r u-joint slip yoke to the 1350 yoke that goes into the transfer case,

2GCEK13Y181308186 this vin should work, it has the 4l70e transmission but the transfer case should have the same 32spline output, and because this Vin has a rpo anx on the rear axle it has a 14bolt sf with the 1350 joint,

if you try to get a slip yoke from a. truck running a 6l90, or a lct 1000 transmission than the output on the transfer case will NOT be 32spkine and will NOT work with the 6l80e compatible transfer cases or the bw awd case from the 2007 up Escalade awd or Denali Yukons

I'll get a part number of the 1350 32spline transfer case trucks so if you ever swap to a 14sf you get get a t-case yoke at a yard or online that will allow you to not use a adapter joint,

Napa part number for the adapter is 447 it's a 3r-1350 but it has a grease hole drilled so it's likely to fail under extreme load, I can not find a sealed 3r-1350 adapter u-joint so switching to a 32spline slip yoke from a anx rpo truck with a 6l80/4l60e should pop right in and you can get a 1350 driveshaft at most local shops for next to nothing.. or get a junkyard shaft and have all the parts they need to build you one! for cheap

1355 SERIES - TRANSMISSION SLIP YOKE - 2006+ HUMMER H3 REAR DRIVESHAFT SLIP YOKE - TH400, NP 241C, 4L80E, NP233C, BW 4494, 263HD GM TRANSFER CASE NICKEL PLATED 32 SPLINE SLIP YOKE - PN#(S) 40021420, 74081420, 88964470, 3-3-6871X

32spline slip yoke, 1350/1355 joint... found a h3 driveshaft with yoke for 55$$

another or part number that should work is #22918659

if you grease your yoke drill a small pin hole in the head with a drill press so you can get bleed the air out and get no clunk or slap... you can also slightly file the tips on the yoke to hold more grease,... also running 5w30 slightly overfilled in a chain case can reduce clunk slap (;

I cant tell if you are talking to yourself or if you have a question

I recommend putting the transfer case back to 2wd when you arent beating on it. Even though it can take driving straight on dry pavement, its best not to try and abuse it too much. Also try not to turn with it engaged. In a straight line, it will take as much power as you can throw at it.
