We got a few sierras over the last couple of weeks. Yesterday my dad and I tried to order a couple but they are not yet available with the 6.2. No release date as of yet but it will hopefully be soon or later on in the year towards the fall. Damm I'm really thinking I want one I'm not a fan of the dash but if the 6.2 runs anything like the 5.3 it's game on.

my dad is planning on ordering a 014 in the fall,he wants a 6.2 but then again he is leaning towards a RC swb 4x4 so most likely it will be a 5.3. hopefully they will have a 3.42 or a 3.73 availible, and that you can even order that truck in the fall

Small family ran owned dealer grandpa, dad, uncles we run it, and tech's there also. butcher baker and the candlestick maker if you know what I mean.
The deepest gears you can order at this point are 3:42's not sure what axle ratio is or will be available with 6.2's

I did drive one it runs waay better than the older 5.3's handling wise it feels exactly like my gmt900 which handles great. The GMT900's 5.3 doesn't have enough power to pull a greasy string out of a frogs ***. On the 14 I drove if you turn off the traction control and stabilitrack it will easily blow the tires off it until the electronic nannies kick in after a 5 seconds or so. It's a marked improvement of the existing 5.3's. It's still no comparison to my 6.2 firebreather but definitely has the oats to haul the mail and seems to have possibilities once some mods are applied.
